This 5-week aquanatal yoga course is designed specifically for pregnant individuals, combining gentle yoga-inspired movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation within the supportive environment of warm water.
Held in a calm and warm shallow pool, each session lasts 45 minutes and is suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards (after 12 week scan). No previous yoga experience is required.
The sessions promote both physical and emotional wellbeing in pregnancy while offering time to bond with your growing baby and connect with other expectant parents.
